Multi-Family Housing -
Belleview, Nebraska
The project is located in Belleview, Nebraska and was a tax credit acquisition rehabilitation totaling 264 apartment units (25 buildings) with a 3.7 million dollar budget. The project was started in November.
It consisted of new roofs (flat and shingle), gutters, vinyl siding, wood deck replacement, exterior paint, concrete stoops and sidewalk replacement, two-inch asphalt overlay/restripe, demolition of 800 lineal foot concrete retaining wall and reconstruction of same.
Interior work consisted of a complete change out of all HVAC systems, new kitchen cabinets, countertops, and plumbing fixtures in 42 units.
The clubhouse was renovated along with a raquetball room that was divided in two sections. The upstairs area was a workout room and the downstairs a maintenance shop.
The project was completed on time and on budget.
