Multi-Family Housing Projects-
Kansas City, Missouri
Two different projects are indicated in these photos. Each project is located in Kansas City, Missouri and is a tax credit acquisition rehabilitation totalling a $10.6 million total budget.
Each project consisted of new roofs (both flat and shingle), gutters, vinyl siding, windows, wood deck replacement, exterior paint, concrete stoops and sidewalk replacement, and two inch asphalt overlay and stripe.
Interior work consisted of a complete change out of all HVAC systems, new kitchen cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, and floor coverings in all units.
All projects were completed on time and on budget.
