Multi-Family Housing - Indianapolis, Indiana
This project is located in Indianapolis, Indiana and was a tax credit acquisition rehabilitation totaling 254 apartment units (19 buildings) with a $3.8 million budget.
The project consisted of new roofs, gutters, vinyl siding, wood deck replacement, metal handrail replacement, exterior paint, concrete stoops and sidewalk replacment, asphalt repair, seal coat and stripe, and a new playground.
Interior work consisted of master closets converted to washer/dryer stackable units. The clubhouse was renovated along with a structure addition including a washer/dryer room, pool house and maintenance shop. The entire pool deck was replaced with new concrete along with new pool equipment and baby pool.
The project was completed on time and on budget.
